Refund & Return Policy

Stock Items — 30-Day Returns We accept returns on standard stock items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email us at snapper@snapperinstaprint.com or submit a request through our Start a Return form with your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Custom/Personalized Items — No Returns All custom and personalized items (including custom-printed designs) are made to order and are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
